张丽丽, 现任思科系统(中国)研发有限公司资深敏捷教练。20余年致力于软件开发，软件测试，敏捷转型与实践工作。2010年开始接触敏捷开发，获得CSM, ACSM, CPO,PMI-PMP, SASM-SAFe5, RTE, SPC等认证，并将所学知识运用到工作中，不断实践锤炼与总结最佳实践。
2010年开始引导思科系统中国区第一个团队敏捷转型成功，随后参与指导多个城市不同团队敏捷转型，10年内积累了丰富的敏捷转型与大型敏捷实践经验。作为思科公司敏捷社区组织者之一，积极组织公司内、外敏捷社区交流与分享；
自2015年开始，每年参与组织和设计业内敏捷交流大会；积极组织与主持公司内部敏捷交流如:月度Lean Agile，每周分享等。一直致力于引导和打造自组织敏捷团队与敏捷质量改进。
2020年底开始参加美国总部思科”协作平台”部门组织的LACE团队，一起推动规模化敏捷SAFe转型，并成功落地。 与质量导师朱少民等合作出版《测试之美》，多次与业界敏捷社区同仁一起合作翻译数篇国外优秀敏捷实践相关资料，代表译作《改善敏捷回顾-提升团队效率》，京东当当皆有售。

2020年底开始，为提高交付效率与质量，美国总部思科”协作平台”部门自上而下，组建、成立全球跨时区、具备交叉技能的LACE (Lean Agile Center of Excellence): 包括RTE, SPC, 首席Scrum Master，项目组合专家，项目集专家，资深敏捷教练，敏捷项目培训专家，视频制作专家等。我有幸成为其中一员，与总部协作，负责亚太、中国区SAFe转型落地工作，亲历整个落地过程，特此分享LACE运作的经验教训。
LACE以Scrum Team形式工作: PO, SM, Team, 从分析SAFe转型需求开始，将精益预算，ART发布，培训辅导等工作转换成Jira故事，以独立核算的业务单位为价值流，识别出组织内十几个ART，迭代按季度分批协助这些ART进行SAFe转型与发布。定义系统培训流程与制作课程，以内、外部培训相结合，双语（英语、中文）培训多个ART内不同角色和团队；统一迭代节奏，协助多个跨时区团队安排、举行PI Planning，定制统一仪表板(Dashboard)跟踪后续执行； 多次模拟演练I&A Workshop, PI Planning，培训辅导、协助跨时区多团队成功落地规模化敏捷转型。
