Jun has worked as a software architect and project manager for agile and non-agile projects within the Volkswagen Group in Germany and the US for many years before moving to China for Porsche. At Porsche China he has been one of the founding members of Porsche Digital China and introduced the agile ways of workings into this young digital unit. Since last year, to support the global and strengthen the local SAFe transformation, he has founded the local LACE Spoke extending the agile journey from teams to the entire organization. As an engineer, he is now heading China’s new Connected Car digital unit tackling the agile transformation within this traditional domain.
